Kabani Exports is actively
headed by a special team under the leadership

+ The Factory Manager , Whose job is to look after
the factory's overall operations .
+ The Production Manager , Who's duty include
production planning and production .
The two Managers are , In turn , supported by
departmental teams in the following depratments

+ Quality Control (A separate department reporting
to the Production Manager and directly to the
Directors ) .
+ Production .
+ Finishing .
+ Packing .
+ Washing .
+ Fabric Checkers .
+ Stores and Inventory .
The group employs approx 100 dedicated employs
with an average age group of 20 To 35 years ,
who are skilled workers and have been trained
and guided by experienced Managers .
The above various heads report directly to the
Directors .
We aim to emerge as a significant player in the
field of exports who successfully run a commerical
organization which complies with International
, Social , Management , and Quality Norms .
